Free delivery

Delivery is free on all orders in France.

Delivery times

Your order is delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date the order is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Carrier and tracking

Orders are shipped using a suitable delivery service. You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.

Upon delivery

Check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any apparent damage, make specific notes on the delivery note or report it to the carrier, then write to us at contact@foyer-gourmand.com with photos.

Late delivery

If your order does not arrive within the stated timeframe, contact us: we will locate it with the carrier. You also have the rights provided for under the Consumer Code.
