General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern sales of products concluded on the Foyer Gourmand website and apply to any person acting as a consumer. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Products

The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product page. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in euros, including all taxes (TTC). Delivery in France is free. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed. Promotional offers are valid while stocks last.

4. Order

The Customer selects the products, checks their cart, enters their details, then confirms and pays for their order. A confirmation email is sent to them. The Seller may refuse or cancel an order in the event of product unavailability or a prior dispute; the Customer is then fully refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon ordering, by the payment methods accepted on the website. Transactions are secured by our payment service provider.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer, free of charge and within 3 to 5 business days from the confirmation of the order. The Customer checks the condition of the package upon receipt and, if necessary, makes their reservations to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal

The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw, without having to justify a reason. The terms are detailed on the "Returns and withdrawal" page. The Customer's liability is only engaged with respect to the depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.

8. Legal guarantees

The Seller is subject to the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code), for a period of 2 years from the delivery of the goods, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). These guarantees apply without prejudice to any commercial guarantee from the manufacturer.

9. Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product or failure to comply with its instructions, nor for cases of force majeure.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the website's privacy policy.

11. Mediation

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may free of charge refer the matter to the consumer mediator at contact@foyer-gourmand.com, after having attempted to resolve the dispute directly with the Seller.

12. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are subject to French law. The Customer retains the benefit of the protective provisions of the law of the State where they habitually reside.
